All stretching will be done at the end of a workout while my muscles are warm.

Standing

  • Praying hands, hands up then down
  • Triceps stretch
  • Delt stretch
  • Crisscross arm swings
  • Arm circles, arms out to each side
  • Wrist circles
  • Reach up and right then up and left
  • Touch toes
  • Bicep stretch
  • Flamingos
  • Lunge calf stretch
Floor

  • Butterfly
  • Straddle
  • Figure 4
  • Half lotus
  • Lay down and pull Knee to opposite shoulder
  • Pretzel
  • Arms out shoulders both touching cross knee over body
  • Head roll
  • Cat and Camel
