The last week of easy training, next week starts circuits. I am under a little bit of pressure to get the skin (water proof layer) on the camper before it starts to rain again, forecast is calling for Fri-Sun. The plywood sheeting got a little warped in the last rain.
I’m going to have to skip cardio this week but I’ll still climb on Tues and Thurs.
And of course CORE!
